Your application must be completed in full before we are able to process it. Please be sure to meet any submission deadlines for training courses. Trainees outside the UK or EU will have earlier deadlines.
Once we have received your complete application, we aim to respond promptly.
The visa requirements for people outside the European Union are constantly under review and changing. Please be sure to be in touch with the school leaders or our personnel department as soon as you consider joining us short or longer term. They can advise you on taking the correct steps, cost and timeframes.

As you consider joining YWAM Scotland for a course or on staff, the following should be helpful guidelines when you build your budget – also check out the resources for fundraising below.
These fees can vary widely depending on your ministry and location.
If you live on-base they include food, housing, internet… If you are with a local community team or live off-base they might be quite different. Generally those living in the community need an increased support level.
Please contact the location/team you plan to join for up to date information, including special rates for children. Some helpful contacts are listed above or check the locations page.
The following are just some guidelines per person per month:
